The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role offers the chance to be a pivotal part of our marketing operations, focusing particularly on executing and enhancing our social media and EDM strategies. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop engaging content and campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness. Manage daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling and analytics monitoring.

Content Creation: Collaborate closely with our in-house videographer/content creator to produce compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels.

Email Marketing: Support the planning and execution of EDM campaigns, including briefing in creative and copy, building emails and segmenting audiences.

Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Influencer & Brand Partnerships: Support the coordination and management of influencer relationships and brand collaborations - ensuring all partnerships align with brand values and campaign goals.

Analytics and Reporting: Regularly track and report on campaign results, including web analytic data to understand the effectiveness of strategies and tactics.

Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitors, ensuring our marketing strategies are aligned with market demands.

Event Coordination: Assist Marketing Manager in the organisation and execution of company events and other promotional activities.

Ideal Candidate

At least two years of experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on social media management.

Proficient in using social media platforms and analytics tools.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency with content creation tools, digital marketing platforms and Adobe Creative Suite is highly regarded.
