Are you looking to kickstart your career in events, marketing, and community engagement? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Engagement, Events & Marketing Assistant to join our fast-paced, purpose-driven team.

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of high-impact state and national programs and events that make a difference. From community outreach to campaign coordination, you'll play a hands-on role in engaging with stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the planning to achieve program outcomes

Handling stakeholder and community engagement activities and uptake

Making and receiving phone calls, strong phone confidence is a must!

Providing administration support to the broader team

Helping prepare communications, emails, and written materials

What we’re looking for:

A motivated junior with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Someone who is confident on the phone and comfortable making outbound calls

A team player with strong attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude

A passion for making a difference and growing within the engagement and space

Attention to detail and willingness to learn
