We are seeking a passionate and organised Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day marketing operations of our fast-paced ecommerce business. You’ll play a vital role in executing our marketing calendar and ensuring campaigns run smoothly across all touchpoints - from TikTok videos to email campaigns.This role will have interaction with all areas of the business from management, marketing, operations and warehouse to ensure team-wide success.

This is an ideal role for someone eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in the ecommerce and wellness space. This part-time role is 3 days per week.

Role:

Campaign Execution:

Support the rollout of marketing campaigns by scheduling discounts and publishing content via ecommerce and content platforms.

Content Creation:

Assist in filming, editing and posting creative TikTok content and behind-the-scenes material for repurposing across social channels

Product & Website Management:

Build product pages for new launches, liaising with content teams for timely rollout.

Update website with relevant marketing calendar content

Merchandise website collections in line with the marketing calendar.

Email & Blog Scheduling:

Schedule and send email campaigns via our CRM system.

Assist in writing and publishing blog posts aligned with brand and product launches.

Reporting & Analytics:

Generate weekly channel performance reports for the Marketing Manager

Cross-Functional Support:

Assist with warehouse operations, including learning warehouse systems and assisting with pick-and-pack duties during peak periods, and understand logistics impact across marketing planning.

Who are you?

Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Passionate about ecommerce, digital trends, and wellness

Enthusiastic about TikTok, Instagram, and staying on top of content trends

Experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms is a plus

Creative thinker who enjoys testing new ideas and approaches
