The Role
We are seeking a motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our operations while gaining valuable experience. This integral position is at the heart of our business, playing a crucial role in ensuring seamless workflows and supporting our overall success. The role offers hands-on involvement in front-of-house duties, sales support, and administrative tasks, with ample opportunities to learn and develop skills in a professional, fast-paced setting. You'll work closely with the Director and sales team, building expertise through practical, everyday responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the front-of-house representative, answering phones, greeting customers, and providing exceptional service in person and over the phone to build strong relationships.
Support the sales team with practical tasks like preparing estimates, processing and entering jobs, converting quotes to sales orders, processing invoices, ordering supplies, and booking freight or couriers to ensure timely and seamless deliveries.
Offer administrative assistance as a PA to the Director and sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing emails via Outlook, and updating CRM systems.
Manage general administrative duties, juggling multiple priorities with strong organisation and efficiency to maintain smooth office workflows.
What We're Looking For
Some experience in administrative or customer service roles, with effective communication skills for in-person and phone interactions (ideal for those building their skills).
A professional and confident presentation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems (such as Salesforce); training will be provided if needed.
Good organisational abilities and the capacity to multi-task effectively.
A positive, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn—prior experience in the print or signage industry is advantageous but not required; this is a great opportunity to advance.
Bonus Skills
A background in design (e.g., familiarity with Adobe Suite) would be beneficial, though not essential. We are committed to your professional development and will offer paid courses and training for the right candidate interested in enhancing these skills and progressing in their career.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of $65,000–$85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with meaningful work in an expanding industry.
