Operations & Production Manager – Modular Homes

We’re a premium modular home builder based on the Gold Coast, known for high-end container homes and quality-driven construction. We control the full build process in-house and we’re committed to raising the bar in systems, in quality, and in team culture.

We’re now hiring a hands-on, accountable, and team-first Operations & Production Manager to lead our build team and coordinate production from contract to completion.

What You’ll Do

Run the day-to-day build workflow: containers, trades, inspections, fit-off, defecting, and delivery

Lead a tight-knit internal team with daily huddles and task alignment

Coordinate internal team and sub-contractors

Keep project boards up to date and work closely with admin support

Maintain a high standard of quality control at every stage of the build

Identify inefficiencies, improve workflow, and lead from the front when it counts

Be hands-on when needed - if there's a crunch, you're on the tools with the team

What We’re Looking For

Construction or modular/off-site build background

Strong trade coordination and scheduling skills

Experience leading a team - respectfully and with purpose

Confident using digital tools like Monday.com, Google Drive, etc.

Self-accountable, process-oriented, and always looking for a better way

Trade qualification is a plus (carpentry etc.)
