About the Role

As Operations Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our newest facility overseeing production, logistics and team performance. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our valued clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of laundry operations in a high-volume environment

Oversee production schedules, workflow planning and resource allocation

Build, mentor and manage a high-performing team across production and despatch

Drive a strong safety and quality culture in line with WHS and industry standards

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and performance

Monitor KPIs and report on operational outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with the GM and other departments to meet service and business goals

Proven experience in an operations or production leadership role

Strong team leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of WHS standards and operational compliance requirements
