Project Manager – Construction (Modular Homes Preferred)

Location: Ipswich, QLD (South Brisbane candidates welcome to apply)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Join a fast-growing modular building company delivering high-quality residential and commercial modular projects across SEQ. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager with experience in the construction industry preferably in modular homes to lead our builds from factory floor to site completion.

About the Role:

Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to handover

Manage timelines, budgets, materials, and trade coordination

Work closely with internal supervisors, factory teams, and subcontractors

Monitor compliance, safety, quality assurance, and client expectations

Liaise with certifiers, councils, engineers, and clients

Work both onsite and in-office with a supportive leadership team

Projects based in Ipswich – travel required locally only

About You:

3–6+ years' experience in construction project management

Experience in modular building (preferred, not essential)

Carpentry/trade background highly regarded

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Confident managing budgets, schedules, and compliance

Able to problem-solve and take ownership of deliverables

Strong understanding of building codes, OH&S, QA

Proficient with MS Project, Procore, or similar platforms

Reliable, motivated and ready for a long-term career opportunity
