We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in Queensland. As a VIC-based company, we require someone who can work independently, overseeing operations on the ground and ensuring efficient and safe traffic management services in the Queensland region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a local team of professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to clients. This role demands strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations of traffic management services in Queensland.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures specific to the Queensland region.

Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards.

Coordinate with clients to plan and execute traffic management strategies.

Lead, mentor, and develop a local team of traffic management professionals.

Manage resource allocation, including personnel and equipment, for Queensland-based projects.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.

Resolve operational issues and manage customer queries effectively.

Collaborate with senior management in VIC to develop strategic plans for operational improvements in Queensland.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience in Traffic Management.

Minimum of 2 years in Operations Management.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong understanding of Queensland safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
