Key responsibilities:

MUST HAVE MYOB EXPERIENCE.

Daily office duties including accounts receivable/payable

Reconciliations

General accounts duties such as payroll

Answering the telephone/ serving customers

Eftpos payments

Other office duties

Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm.

We are based in Belmont 3216. We produce home style ready-made meals to the Geelong area and surrounds. We are currently seeking an accounts clerk/office administrator to join our team.

Experience in aged care, NDIS is an advantage, working with CRM systems.

Candidates will be subject to reference checks and police checks.

You must have:

A valid driver licence.

MUST HAVE MYOB EXPERIENCE.

Attention to detail.

The ability to maintain a flexible attitude to the daily workflows.

Highly organised and efficient individual.

Sound understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills.

Written and verbal communication skills, including a pleasant phone manner.

Ability to work within a team.

Diligence in upholding the values of quality and client service.

Proven ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple tasks at once.
