About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and versatile Office All-Rounder to join our friendly team! This is a perfect opportunity for someone seeking consistent part-time work with the flexibility of casual employment and room to grow.

Working Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 9:30 am - 2:30pm with the chance to increase these hours (and top up hours when staff on leave)

What You'll Be Doing

Data Entry across multiple accounting systems (MYOB Exo, MYOB AccountRight & Xero)

Payroll processing - ensuring our team gets paid accurately and on time each Thursday

Accounts Payable - managing supplier payments and invoices

Accounts Receivable - following up on customer payments

Filing and document management - keeping our office organized

General office administration - supporting the team with day-to-day tasks

What We're Looking For

Experience with MYOB Exo, MYOB AccountRight and/or Xero (training provided for unfamiliar systems)

Strong attention to detail - accuracy is key!

Reliable and punctual - we're counting on you 3 days a week

Good communication skills and team player attitude

Basic computer skills and comfortable learning new systems

Previous office or admin experience preferred but not essential
