Join a Growing, Friendly team in Bayswater – Part time Accounts All-Rounder/Admin Support (25 hours per week)

An opportunity has arisen to join our team of 90+ employees. We are looking for a reliable, pro-active and flexible Part-Time, (25 hours per week) Accounts All Rounder/Administration support staff to join our small and vibrant admin team at our Bayswater head office. Monday to Friday, 11am – 4pm.
Reporting to the Financial Manager, you will be a natural self-starter and genuine team player, with a passion for timely, accurate processing of daily tasks and genuine care about what you do. Most importantly, you can enjoy a good laugh and have a good time here with the team.
We work as a team, so you will be gradually learning all aspects of accounts/administration tasks required at head office.
Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving incoming calls
All aspects of Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
Fortnightly payroll and data maintenance (when needed)
Filing and assistance with general administrative duties
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in accounts and administration.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and navigating multiple programs.
Excellent communication and phone manner.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, also as part of a collaborative team.
Positive attitude and approachable personality.
Experience with Prostix and/or Frameworks software - highly regarded but not essential.
Trade industry experience preferred but not essential.

Flexibility and Growth:
This role requires successful candidate work on-site at our Bayswater head office Monday to Friday, 11am – 4pm.
While this role is currently part-time (25 hours per week), we are looking for someone who is open to occasionally increasing their hours to cover other team members on leave.
There is also potential for a permanent increase in hours over time. This position would suit someone looking for a long-term, stable role with room to grow.
