Key Requirements:

Strong experience running logistics in the audio visual industry

Comfortable working with Current RMS

Excellent punctuality and work ethic

Clear, proactive communication skills

Able to work independently, identify inefficiencies, and implement procedures to streamline warehouse operations

Good with people, able to work effectively with the team and support smooth onsite and offsite logistics

Manual driver’s licence and forklift licence required

Additional licences (rigging, EWP, etc.) are a bonus

Strong knowledge of AV equipment across audio, lighting, and vision (vision-heavy experience ideal)

Based in or near South Melbourne

Available to work 9 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday

This role is suited to someone who takes ownership, sees what needs to be done, and does it without waiting to be asked. You’ll be responsible for keeping our warehouse tight, our jobs prepared, and our gear maintained, so the team can deliver exceptional work onsite.
