Based in Port Melbourne, our warehouse is the core of our operations, and we’re looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to take charge.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all warehouse operations. You’ll manage a small, capable team and coordinate stock movements across multiple warehouse locations, including third-party bonded and interstate facilities. You’ll also support international freight tracking and customs coordination. As the business grows, this role may expand to include broader operational responsibilities, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations at our Port Melbourne warehouse: receiving, dispatch, inventory control

Oversee stock across all warehouse locations including the bonded facility.

Liaise with third-party bonded warehouse and freight providers

Track international shipments and assist with customs clearance (preferred, not essential)

Maintain inventory accuracy in NetSuite, including receipting, adjustments, and transfers

Supervise a small, experienced warehouse team

Monitor and replenish pick stock levels

Ensure freight coordination is smooth and timelines are met

Uphold OH&S compliance and ensure a clean, safe warehouse environment

Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency

Work closely with internal teams to support fulfilment and resolve stock issues

About You

3+ years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management

Experience managing inventory across multiple warehouse locations

Familiarity with bonded warehousing and customs processes (preferred)

Strong Excel skills and quick to pick up new systems – NetSuite experience highly regarded

Forklift licence and valid driver’s licence

Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail

Hands-on, solutions-focused and organised

Sound understanding of OH&S and warehousing best practices
