We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic transport and logistics team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has and background in warehouse operations and freight tracker.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, stock control, and inventory management

Schedule and monitor inbound and outbound freight

Accurately maintain stock records and warehouse documentation

Liaise with drivers, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of freight

Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure warehouse is clean, safe, and compliant with OH&S standards

Oversee loading/unloading of goods and ensure correct freight handling

Ensure freight is scanned and tracked accurately using Freight Tracker software

Manage warehouse staff and allocate tasks as required

Identify and resolve any discrepancies or delays in warehouse processes Rong background in warehouse operations and freight tracking systems.
