We are a distributor of high-quality lighting products into the Victorian specification market. Based in Port Melbourne, we are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This role is critical to the day-to-day operation of our business, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our valued customers.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of a high-performing team, supporting the successful delivery of outstanding lighting projects across Melbourne.

The Role Includes:

Coordinating daily warehouse operations, including receipting, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

Managing inventory levels and maintaining accurate stock records.

Organising and scheduling deliveries to align with project timelines.

Liaising with freight and courier companies to ensure efficient logistics.

Working closely with our sales and projects team to meet delivery and project requirements.

Ensuring the warehouse is organised, clean, and operating safely.

Skills and Attributes Required:

Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain coordination (lighting or construction industry preferred).

A current driver’s license and forklift license (or willingness to obtain one).

Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Clear and confident communication skills.

Basic computer skills; experience with MYOB or similar systems is advantageous.
