We are currently seeking a Warehouse Storeperson to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our events run smoothly by managing the logistics and organisation of our warehouse operations.

As the Warehouse Storeperson, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our event logistics, including managing stock and equipment, organising deliveries and pickups, and maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse space. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of our events by supporting both the behind-the-scenes operations and on-site setups.

This role is ideal for a hands-on and organised individual with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for contributing to high-impact events through smooth, reliable logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.

Pick, pack, load, and unload event equipment and stock.

Coordinate deliveries and pickups using the company vehicle.

Prepare and manage shipping documents and pick lists.

Liaise with suppliers, venues, and event stakeholders.

Assist in the setup and pack-down of events and activations.

Uphold workplace health and safety standards.

About You

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Forklift license (essential).

Experience with hand tools and a willingness to learn new skills.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Basic computer skills; familiarity with Google Suite and Slack is advantageous.

Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience in events, exhibitions, or trade shows.

Construction Industry White Card.

MR or HR Truck License.

Background in cabinet making or shopfitting.
