What will you be doing?
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse and Logistics Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Picking and packing orders
Dispatching products efficiently
Manual handling upto 16KG
Planning and booking deliveries to meet customer expectations
Managing incoming delivery dockets and invoices
Coordinating stock movements
Overseeing container deliveries and collections/returns
Performing general warehouse duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Liaising with logistics companies such as FedEx and DHL
Receiving and dispatching parts
Coordinating couriers in line with dispatch schedules
Shift Time: 8:30 am to 5:00 PM
Location: Melton Melbourne Victoria 3337
About you:
With expertise in the warehouse or transport industries, you are an energetic self-starter and an excellent team player who takes pride in your work and your environment.
What Skills You Need:
Previous experience in warehouse pick/pack operations
Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision
A current Forklift License
A valid Driver’s License
Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
What Makes You Stand Out:
Experience in booking international consignments
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Inventory management experience, including cycle counting
