Andrew Peace Wines is a large family owned winery and agriculture business with an award winning and diverse wine range. Located in Piangil (North Western Victoria), our main focus is export, however we are seeking a proactive and versatile Warehouse & Cellar Door Assistant to support both our domestic packaged warehouse operations and the customer-facing cellar door team at our Winery and Cellar Door.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll split your time between ensuring the smooth movement and management of packaged wine in our warehouse, and delivering exceptional experiences to guests visiting our cellar door.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Logistics

Manage incoming and outgoing stock at the Piangil Warehouse and Winery

Pack and dispatch sales orders and wine samples

Conduct monthly stocktakes and resolve discrepancies

Coordinate with freight and logistics partners

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper stock rotation

Assist in small production tasks or relabelling runs

Cellar Door & Customer Service

Welcome guests and host wine tastings with warmth and professionalism

Assist with wine sales and promote wine club memberships and events

Process transactions using the POS system

Manage bookings, phone/email inquiries, and general reception duties

Restock shelves and maintain a clean, inviting retail space

Package and prepare online orders and trade samples

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a winery or cellar door setting, both customer-facing and back-of-house

Warehouse/inventory management and logistics experience

Forklift Licence - training provided if necessary

RSA Certificate (required)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in POS and accounting software

Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously

Physically fit – able to lift and move wine cartons and work on your feet for extended periods

Working Environment
