360 Access is a Melbourne-based company specialising in rope access, glazing, signage, and building maintenance. We deliver technical, high-access solutions for commercial builders, facility managers, and developers across Victoria. We’re looking for someone sharp, organised, and proactive to help us manage incoming tenders, projects, and paperwork so we can keep growing efficiently.

The Role
We’re seeking an all-round Estimator / Project Manager to join our team in a flexible, hands-on role. You’ll work directly with the director to:

Review tenders and identify the specific scopes we need to quote on

Prepare pricing and quote breakdowns across glazing, signage, rope access, and maintenance

Occasionally attend site visits to liaise with PMs and check project progress

Work with the team to identify opportunities for variations or new work

Upload project documents (SWMS, insurances, etc.) and prepare job “starter packs” for our site teams

Help streamline internal systems and tender submissions as we scale

What We’re Looking For

Experience in construction estimating, project coordination, or site management

Strong attention to detail when reviewing drawings, scopes, and tender documents

Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

Knowledge of glazing, signage, or rope access works is a strong advantage

Good communication and time management skills

Based in or near Melbourne

Part-time or full-time availability – we’re flexible for the right person
