CHS Healthcare is an Australian leader in patient handling and hygiene solutions for hospitals, aged care, and specialist disability facilities. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to support our sales team in delivering safe, compliant, and value-driven solutions.

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Estimator who is confident reading architectural and building plans, extracting relevant product requirements, and preparing accurate costings and quotations. You’ll work closely with our BDMs and clients on major healthcare developments across Australia.

This is an office-based role (Hallam, VIC) with occasional site visits or travel for larger projects.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse tender documents, architectural plans, and specifications

Identify opportunities for CHS Healthcare’s product range

Prepare quotes and cost breakdowns with a focus on accuracy and value

Liaise with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and project managers

Assist with technical documentation, project scopes and submission support

Maintain quotation database/CRM and contribute to process improvement

What We’re Looking For

Experience in estimating, project coordination, or a similar construction role

Background in building, drafting, trades or architecture

Ability to read plans, drawings and technical documents

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, HubSpot CRM and CAD software

Experience in healthcare construction or fit-out is a bonus, but not essential.
