Your Role:
As a Junior Estimator, you’ll work closely with our Senior Estimating and Project Management team to help prepare accurate and competitive plumbing tenders. You’ll be given the opportunity to grow, learn, and develop your skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in reviewing project plans, specs, and documentation

Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing

Support senior estimators with tender submissions

Maintain estimating database and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Some experience in the plumbing or construction industry (onsite or admin/office-based)

A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork

Eagerness to learn and grow within the estimating field

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic estimating software (or willingness to learn)

Bonus Points For:

Trade qualification or plumbing experience

Exposure to SimPRO, Bluebeam, or similar software

Previous estimating or quoting experience (even small-scale)
