The Business Administrator Quality & Compliance plays a key role in driving operational excellence and quality management within our client's highly innovative Ag Tech operation. Based in Brisbane, you'll be central to ensuring regulatory integrity and fostering continuous improvement in a dynamic company. This role combines quality management, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on administrative support, making it the perfect opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with agricultural knowledge who thrives in collaborative settings and is eager to make a meaningful impact in the fast-growing Ag Tech industry.

Role Responsibilities:
To oversee and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards
To manage certification and accreditation programs while tracking regulatory requirements and maintaining compliant documentation
Act as the primary contact for regulatory, accreditation bodies, and livestock traceability authorities
To coordinate internal and external audits, address non-conformances, and ensure timely follow-up actions
Contribute to compliance and operational excellence by developing and implementing policies with internal teams
To support a collaborative workplace culture while maintaining professional stakeholder relationships and assisting with office operations and team initiatives
Skills you will need:
Essential:
Proven experience in quality assurance, compliance, or administrative management
A knowledge and understanding of ISO regulatory frameworks
Experience in successfully coordinating audits
Strong project management skills, able to lead certification and process improvement initiatives
Highly organised with a strong eye for detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A knowledge and understanding of agriculture
Strong time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
A team player able to work cross-functionally to meet business objectives
A problem solver with a professional manner
Proficient IT skills
Desirable:
An understanding of regulations related to Ag Tech or livestock traceability
