Customer Service Officer

Avia Homes is a young dynamic team who is seeking a Customer Service Officer, who has a positive can-do attitude, on a full-time ongoing basis.

Key responsibilities:

Nurturing the client experience for the duration of the construction of the home through to handover.

Provide regular communication with customers via phone and email, building strong rapport and delivering a supportive & informative experience throughout their construction journey.

Ensure customers are kept well-informed at every stage, sending timely written updates and required documentation.

Strong time management skills with the ability to meet KPI’s and provide timely updates.

Coordination of low level ad hoc onsite variations.

Ensure all jobs are up to date in the system and that all communications are logged.

Use of project management system Buildertrend, Monday.com, Microsoft Programs.

The ideal candidate must have:

Proven experience working directly for a home builder in a customer service / construction admin role (pre-site or on-site)

Excellent communication and customer service skills with a customer first mindset.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
