Due to continued growth, they are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join their friendly team based in.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who is looking to enter or grow in the automotive industry.

Role:

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting customers with product enquiries, order processing, and general account assistance. You’ll be the first point of contact and will receive full training to develop industry-specific knowledge over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and in person

Provide excellent service and clear information to customers

Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately

Assist customers in identifying the correct products for their needs (training provided)

Coordinate with internal teams to track deliveries and manage stock availability

Maintain accurate customer and inventory records using internal systems

About You:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Prior experience in customer-facing roles (retail, call centre, admin, or internal sales)

Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the automotive industry

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Confident using basic computer systems and learning new platforms

Experience or interest in automotive parts or mechanical products is a bonus, not a must
