We’re looking for an enthusiastic and capable Office Administrator & Customer Support Assistant to join our friendly team at Advisers Digest. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Southport office on the Gold Coast. The role includes general office admin, customer service, appointment bookings, and assisting our Director with day-to-day scheduling and support.

Advisers Digest is a Gold Coast-based training company that supports accountants with high-quality professional development (CPD) via webinars, live events, and online programs.

About You
You’re someone who enjoys keeping things in order, helping others, and getting things done. You’re confident on the phone, happy to handle admin tasks, and take pride in being reliable and organised.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Confident phone manner and a helpful, professional attitude
Previous experience in admin, reception or customer service (ideal, not essential)
Comfortable using a computer (email, calendar, documents, spreadsheets)
Great attention to detail and a love of organisation
Strong written and verbal communication
Willing to learn and take initiative
Fluent in English
Able to work full-time onsite in Southport
This role is ideal for someone early in their career or returning to the workforce with existing admin experience.
What You Bring
Answering and directing phone calls professionally and promptly
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Managing appointment bookings for the Director and clients
Assisting the Director with day-to-day scheduling and admin support
Organising and maintaining digital and physical documents
Supporting the team with general office administration
Helping with event logistics and webinar preparation
Booking appointments, managing calendars and reminders
Keeping the office tidy and running smoothly
