We are looking for an experienced and passionate Practice Manager to join each of our teams

As a Practice Manager, key responsibilities will include:

Team supervision and training/coaching to ensure high customer service standards

Identifying, reviewing and trouble-shooting operational issues

Managing rosters

HR including staff recruitment and performance reviews

Fielding patient queries and manage complaints

Coordinate accreditation

Work within documented policies and procedures and a willingness to improve these,

Contribute to the marketing plan and its implementation.

liaising with IT support for IT matters

Manage PIP, WIP and PIP QI requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will preferably have:

Strong people management skills

Outstanding communication and customer service skills

Excellent multi-tasking, time management and organisational skills

Personable approach

The ability to work across strategic and operational aspects

Willingness to take initiative

Strong relevant experience in the healthcare industry or relevant business role and/or relevant tertiary qualifications

Knowledge of Best Practice software, MS Office suite and data extraction tools such as Primary Sense
