About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Assistant Practice Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our clinics and ensure our team delivers outstanding patient care. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who is organised, people-focused, and ready to take the next step in their career within a growing and innovative healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Practice Manager in day-to-day clinic operations across both Albion and West End

Provide leadership and guidance to the reception and administration team

Manage rosters, onboarding, staff training, and internal communication

Maintain efficient systems for patient bookings, billing, Medicare/Health Fund claims, and compliance

Assist in reporting, stock management, and practice improvements

Respond to patient and practitioner needs with empathy, clarity, and professionalism

Support patients navigating access to medicinal cannabis treatments in line with current regulations

About You

Experience in a senior administrative or assistant management role within a medical setting

Confident leading a small team and managing multiple priorities

Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills

Familiarity with Best Practice software (preferred but not essential)

Able to work across both Albion and West End locations as needed

An interest in modern treatment options including medicinal cannabis is desirable
