ENROLLED or REGISTERED NURSE - GENERAL PRACTICE Medical Centre

We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic and dedicated Enrolled / Registered nurse Nurse to join our team.

a) Next Practice Burleigh Waters is a state-of-the-art medical centre located in Treetops Shopping Centre (Treetops Square)

b) Renaissance Medical Centre Surfers Paradise is a well designed clinic conveniently located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, next to Coles inside Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre.

We provide a friendly and supportive team environment in both locations. We work as a team to provide high quality health care to our patients and the community.

Opportunities are available for nurses who have clinical experience in a General Practice environment and is available to work between 16-38 hours per week

Preferred experience with Best Practice Software but not essential.

Duties include but not limited to:

Chronic Disease Management

Health Assessments

Child Immunisations

General immunisations

Wound dressings/care

ECGs, spirometry

Ear Syringing

Triaging

Infection Control Management

Maintaining recall and reminder system

Cold chain management

Maintaining the operation of practice policies and procedures to meet agreed standards in patient care

Assistance in delivery of premium customer service and enhancing the image of the practice with health professionalism

Skills and Experience

Current AHPRA registration

Previous experience in General Practice

Excellent clincal skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellet time management skills

Immunisations Certificate preferred
