Springwood Mall Medical Centre is conveniently located in Springwood Mall, with ample parking and easy access to public transport. The medical centre was established in 2023 and has been providing medical care to the local community.

Your Role
As the Practice Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring the practice runs smoothly while fostering a culture of excellence. You’ll lead a skilled team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, and administrative staff, while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the practice

Supervise, mentor and support the professional development of admin staff

Develop, implement, and improve policies and procedures to enhance patient care and operations

Proactively manage patient feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolutions

Lead quality improvement initiatives including accreditation compliance

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a Practice Manager

Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills

In-depth knowledge of healthcare standards, regulations, and billing processes (MBS)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and medical practice management software
