WEICON Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Yatala. This is an exciting full-time opportunity offering variety, responsibility, and room to grow — ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction and supporting a sales team.

We are in the early stages of building our local operations and are looking for someone who is flexible, hands-on, and excited to be part of a business that’s growing from the ground up.

About the role:

Handling inbound customer enquiries and providing product information

Preparing and sending customer quotes

Processing customer orders and managing order-related queries, changes, or complaints

Maintaining accurate customer and order records in our internal systems

Supporting the sales team with CRM/ERP data entry and coordination

Performing general administrative duties to support smooth daily operations

Helping ensure a seamless customer experience from order to delivery

Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes

Pitching in wherever needed — in true startup spirit!

What we’re looking for

Experience in customer service or sales support, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector

A genuine focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy helping people and building relationships

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with business software; experience with ERP/CRM systems is highly regarded

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment without needing step-by-step instructions or a rigid corporate structure

A self-starter who enjoys finding solutions, isn’t afraid to try, ask questions, and learn along the way

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

High attention to detail and a professional approach
