As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an energetic and highly organised Internal Sales Support professional to join our Sales team based in Yandina.
About the Role:
As an Internal Sales Support team member, you’ll play a vital role in our day-to-day sales operations, working behind the scenes to ensure the success of our Business Development team. From processing sales data and coordinating internal communications to helping us hit our targets, you’ll be a key player in delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Satisfaction
· Deliver prompt and accurate responses to customer enquiries and information requests
· Track and update customers on order progress and delivery timelines
· Gather and manage customer feedback for service improvement
· Recommend appropriate solutions and products based on customer needs
· Support negotiation of terms in coordination with senior sales team
Sales Administration & Data Entry
· Enter and manage job orders within the system
· Record client communications consistently in CRM
· Maintain accuracy in order processing and data updates
· Support customer quoting with precision in pricing
· Generate and update regular sales and performance reports
Team Collaboration
· Support BD and AM teams with inside sales tasks and administration
· Liaise with accounts team for invoicing and payment follow-up
· Assist with contract preparation and document management
· Coordinate meetings and communications with operations and sales
· Escalate customer or process issues when required
Sales Growth & Lead Support
· Qualify incoming leads and assist in lead generation activities
· Assist in preparing and executing marketing campaigns
· Follow up on outstanding quotes and proposals
· Track and manage KPIs such as calls, quotes, and conversions
· Support efforts to hit team sales targets and goals
