Due to growth within the business, we are seeking a full-time sales and customer service professional to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a small, yet dynamic company, with a friendly work environment. We are based in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane with plenty of on-site parking.

Job tasks and responsibilities

We are seeking a personable Sales and Customer Service person to join our Sales Team who take pride in delivering outstanding service.

Customer service

Processing and coordination of sales orders

Outbound and inbound sales calls and emails

Updating CRM

Office based role – set hours

Skills and experience

Tertiary qualifications in Equine, Agriculture or Science would be highly regarded

Knowledge or experience with horses and pets preferable

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Confident computer skills including MS Office and the ability to learn CRM software

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to be an effective member of a team as well as the skills to work autonomously

Experience in a customer focused environment with a desire to exceed customer expectations

Sales experience highly favourable

Current driver’s license
