We are looking for a Sales & Operations Administrator to join our team! This role is vital in ensuring exceptional customer service while providing key administrative and operational support across the business.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will handle inquiries, assist with sales and service processes, and support internal teams with day-to-day business administration.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Sales Assistance
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and manage follow-ups to ensure a smooth experience.
Assist in resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.
Assist the Sales Manager with sales inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups.
Business Administration & Operations Support
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and financial administration.
Support internal teams with scheduling, reporting, and business processes.
Coordinate office supplies, logistics, and operational needs.
Help plan and coordinate meetings, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
✔️ Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional approach.
✔️ Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, or administrative role.
✔️ Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
✔️ A proactive and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
