About The Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Officer, to join the Priestley’s family. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will provide operational and administrative support to the sales teams, facilitating efficient processes for customer lead management, price list management, reporting, and communication with cross-functional teams. This role will involve handling both inbound and outbound calls to engage potential customers, promote products, and manage sales leads in addition to coordinating product set up with distributor portals, supporting sales documentation, and ensuring the sales teams have the tools and data they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational and administrative support to the National Sales and Key Account teams, ensuring timely and accurate assistance with day-to-day tasks.

Manage lead generation via Tele sales activities, making both inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and generate sales.

Utilize the CRM system to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, track sales activities, and manage the sales pipeline.

Create, maintain, and update sales reports, customer databases, and tracking systems. Ensure that all data is accurate and up to date for management and sales team use.

Work closely with State and Territory Managers, Account Managers, and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and high level of customer service.

Provide excellent customer service by managing inquiries and ensuring that all sales-related concerns are addressed promptly.

Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and any other required documentation to support the sales teams.

About You:

1-3 years of experience in a sales support or CRM role, with a focus on coordinating sales administration tasks and making customer service calls.

Experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, and managing customer relationships over the phone.

Experience with CRM software.

Exposure to sales processes and familiarity with sales data tracking and reporting

Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Exceptional phone manner and the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries professionally.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.

Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Ability to pass a National Police Check.
