As their national footprint continues to expand, they are on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead evening operations and drive key performance outcomes across their logistics and production functions.

Position Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The Evening Shift Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse team of 30-50pax across warehouse and paint line operations, overseeing key logistics functions, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. This role plays a critical part in optimising shift performance and supporting the business through its next phase of operational integration and growth.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 12:00am

Responsibilities

Oversee all PM shift operations including warehousing, dispatch, and paint line functions.

Lead and motivate a team of 30–50 staff, driving performance, accountability, and safety.

Manage loading operations across 8–9 trucks per shift, handling a daily throughput of 20–25 tonnes.

Coordinate fleet movements and ensure timely deliveries in line with customer expectations.

Utilise systems and reporting tools to track KPIs and enhance productivity across the shift.

Maintain high standards in paint line output, product quality, and equipment maintenance.

Provide strong on-the-floor leadership, setting expectations and ensuring adherence to procedures.

Champion continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and workflow integration.

Partner with senior leaders to align operational goals with broader business strategies.

Salary and Benefits

Base $120k - $140k + Super 11.5%
