They are now seeking a driven and experienced warehouse manager to oversee key operational functions and play a pivotal role in leading their production and logistics teams through continued growth and integration.
Role Description
This position is ideal for an experienced and energetic operational leader who thrives in a hands-on environment. Managing a high-volume warehouse and paint line operation, the PM shift manager will be responsible for leading a workforce of 30-50 staff across warehousing and paint line departments, with a strategic goal to streamline and integrate these functions.
Working from 4:00pm to 12:00am Monday - Friday, the successful candidate will oversee the full spectrum of operations including fleet control, paint line performance, truck loading, and overall warehouse efficiency. The role demands a confident, systems-oriented leader who can drive results, enforce process discipline, and maintain high standards under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage PM shift operations across warehousing, logistics, and the paint line department.
Supervise and coordinate a combined team of 30–50 staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and team engagement.
Oversee the loading of 8–9 trucks per shift, with a daily volume of 20–25 tonnes.
Ensure efficient fleet coordination and dispatch processes to meet tight delivery schedules.
Implement and monitor systems and software tools to track workflow, drive operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
Maintain paint line output and quality standards, ensuring equipment and procedures align with production requirements.
Foster a “hands-on” leadership style with a strong floor presence, guiding staff through clear communication and structured processes.
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational performance.
Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning, department integration, and long-term process improvements.
Salary and Benefits
Base $130k - $150k + Super 11.5%
