What You'll Do:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, and shipping
• Be the main liaison between the warehouse operation, country management and the client in regards to reporting and updates
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of warehouse associates
• Support country management implement efficiencies in stock controlling, ordering and client stakeholder engagement
• Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure safety standards and compliance are always met

What to know and show:

• At least 5 years of warehousing experience
• 3 years of management or supervisory experience within a warehousing or logistics environment
• Proven hands-on experience and willingness to assist team members on the floor when needed
• Experience with all facets of warehouse operations - receiving, dispatch, shipping, stock control and data management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems or Warehouse CRMs (SAP, Oracle, Pronto etc)
• Engaging and team oriented approach to staff management
