Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality firefighting cabinets is looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Yennora.

About the Role:

• Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order dispatch.
• Plan and coordinate dispatch activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff; handle scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock takes.
• Develop and implement operational systems and policies to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with WHS standards and ensure a safe and organised working environment.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and logistics for seamless order fulfillment.
• Analyse operational performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment including forklifts and delivery vehicles.
• Report regularly to senior management on inventory, dispatch metrics, and process improvements.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role in logistics or warehouse operations.
• In-depth knowledge with either wet fire systems or plumbing is required.
• Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to design and implement operational improvements.
• Forklift license and machinery operation experience (preferred).
• Sound understanding of WHS regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to support delivery operations if required.
