About the Role:
As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic kitchen team in delivering high-quality pub food. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to food safety standards. Collaborating with management, you'll contribute to menu development and maintain inventory control. This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen in a prime location.

Your Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume pub or restaurant setting
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
* Ability to develop and execute menus that align with the venues concept
* Proficient in inventory management and cost control
