We are currently seeking a talented, experienced, and passionate Head Chef for our East Brisbane based restaurant group.

OLLI Italiano is a vibrant, modern 50 seater Italian restaurant, serving Neapolitan pizza (electric oven) along side a range of pastas, starters and sides. We like to say that we honour the tradition, while exploring what 'modern Italian' can mean!

We are proud of the work life balance our chefs enjoy - rarely does anyone work more than 45 hours a week, and full time employees are paid over time rates weekly for every minute over, no exceptions!

As our Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food, presentation and consistency. Experience in financial management of a kitchen will be highly regarded, however attitude, work ethic and cleanliness are the core attributes we look for.

As the Head Chef you are a key member of the leadership team of our restaurants, so we are keenly looking for someone who fits, understands and champions our professional team culture.
