About the Role

We’re searching for a visionary and experienced Head Chef to join the team from pre-opening and take full control of kitchen operations across both venues. You’ll work alongside a talented hospitality leadership team and bring to life a food offering that blends quality, creativity and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire and build a high-performing kitchen team

Oversee all menu development, kitchen design input, pre-opening planning and supplier sourcing

Drive consistency, innovation, and quality across breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night offerings

Manage food and labour costs, rostering, and kitchen systems

Uphold health, safety and compliance standards at all times

Collaborate closely with front of house, bar, and marketing teams to create a seamless guest experience

About You

Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume, multi-faceted venue

Strong background in modern Australian or internationally inspired cuisine

Leadership that motivates, trains and retains top-tier talent

Commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, costings, and margins

Passion for hospitality, creativity in food, and pride in delivering excellence every day

Experience in new venue openings highly regarded
