Junior Receptionist | Evolve Physio & Co

At Evolve Physio & Co, we're not just a clinic - we are a team driven by purpose. We're on the hunt for for a Junior Receptionist who's ready to be the welcoming face of our Ningi clinic - someone who brings warmth, energy and professionalism to every interaction.

About this role:

This is a fast-paced, people-first position. As the first point of contact for our community, you'll set the tone for the Evolve experience, whether that is greeting patients with a smile, managing appointment bookings, or supporting our allied health team to deliver exceptional care.

You'll play a key role in:

Efficiently managing practitioners calendars and patient bookings

Processing health fund claims and handling account management

Maintain a clean, safe and professional facility

Support a growing, multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers

Hours:

This role begins at 25 hours per week, with a clear pathway to full-time by the end of year as we expand to open our second clinic.
