Job Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanour

Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members

Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently

Verify patient information and collect payments

Maintain a tidy and organised reception and clinic area

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and patient record management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail

Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite

Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and complete to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
