BodyViva is a vibrant multi-disciplinary health practice situated south of Brisbane, providing Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage and Pilates services.

About the role

Our Head Receptionist role includes:

Higher level clinic operations, including invoicing, ordering, compliance, etc.

Managing small admin team of 2-3.

Working alongside the Clinic Director to support the clinic’s growth and performance.

Managing, monitoring and optimising the client journey and experience.

We are looking for someone who:

Loves working with people and developing great rapport with patients and great professional relationships with colleagues.

Takes initiative to identify what needs to be done and can work independently.

Is motivated to facilitate the growth of the clinic.

Ideally has experience in admin/reception.
