About the role

As a Receptionist at Queensland House Removers', you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office. This is a casual role based in our Caboolture, Queensland location.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Providing general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

Preparing TMP (Transport Management Plan) and Energex Scopes

Website updates and social media posts

Preparing job folders

Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software

A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
