Due to recent growth, they are seeking a Senior Business Development
Manager to establish and lead their presence in the WA market.

What will you be doing?
As the BDM, your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving profitable sales growth aligned with company forecasts
• Conducting regular client visits to mine sites, workshops, and head offices
• Identifying new business opportunities within your territory and developing plans to convert them into active accounts
• Forecasting, budgeting, and tracking account performance
• Acting as the primary contact for customer enquiries and resolving issues by investigating and addressing concerns
• Preparing annual sales projections and maintaining records of outcomes
• Analysing existing client activity and ensuring service standards are met
• Representing the business at industry exhibitions and trade shows

Must-haves
The ideal candidate will bring:

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience within the mining industry
• A valid driver’s licence
• Willingness to travel monthly across WA

Nice to have

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Established WA-based client portfolio
