Key Responsibilities
• Proven success as a BDM or Sales Manager with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Drive new SMB business leads through solution-based selling, focusing on face-to-face meetings throughout the business week.
• Face-to-face sales with clients (End to end Sales cycle)
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, working with a diverse client base
(retail, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, etc.).
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and identifying up-selling opportunities.
• Deliver powerful, tailored presentations to potential clients to showcase the benefits of our merchant services.
• Be extremely organised and set your week up from a Monday morning to ensure to meet your
monthly KPIs – This will provide success
Requirements
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Proven experience in prospecting and lead generation.
• 5+ years of B2B direct sales experience, with a focus on closing SMB deals.
• Strong objection-handling skills with a knack for building rapport and trust with business owners.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
