About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our national C&I Sales team. This is a full-time, role managing our core development channels across Australia.
This role can be based anywhere in Australia and regular travel will be required.
You’ll be responsible for driving new business growth across key sectors including transport, industrial, and agriculture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one or possible two of required sectors, with a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Gulf Western Oil’s product range to commercial customers
Secure new business and commercial contracts
Identify opportunities and develop tailored sales solutions
Maintain accurate call records and submit timely reports
Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to ensure high service levels
Attend trade shows and occasional weekend events
About You
Minimum 3 years’ experience in field sales, preferably lubricants, or related industries
Proven track record in both business development (“hunter”) and account management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven with excellent time management
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Microsoft Word, XL & PowerPoint
