We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth across Queensland and beyond. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in B2B sales within the construction, paint, or coatings industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Sunbond’s sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with roofing contractors, distributors, and trade centres.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Provide technical product knowledge and support to customers.

Forecast sales performance and report to executive leadership.

Facilitate Marketing strategies

Provide support to our team

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years’ sales experience in the construction, coatings, or manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and CRM tools.

Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate our team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
