About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales team. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth, developing sales strategies, and empowering your team to deliver exceptional results.

You'll collaborate across departments and leverage your leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills to enhance performance, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
This role will see you developing continuous improvement initiatives, driving sales strategy alongside the General Manager, and building strong relationships with software partners to increase market reach and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute effective sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth
Lead and support sales teams to consistently exceed client expectations and targets
Monitor key performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing improvement plans
Deliver regular coaching, training, and development for team members
Champion a culture of sales excellence and high performance
Support the design and optimization of sales workflows, tools, and team structures
Build and maintain strong relationships with software partners to enhance collaboration and referrals
Motivate and mentor salespeople to meet and exceed KPIs
About You
We’re looking for a proactive, strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for sales. You’ll bring a proven track record in sales team management and a hands-on approach to driving results.
You’ll have:
5+ years’ experience managing a sales team and customer relationships
Strong background in sales operations, with a focus on process improvement and performance management
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, negotiation, and pipeline management
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire high performance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
A solutions-focused attitude and commitment to achieving results in a fast-paced environment
